To Dorothy's family, I have known Dorothy for a little over five yearss here at Quaker Apts but from the day I first met her, I liked her. She was a wonderful lady and her smile was infectuous. We need a lot more people like her on this earth!

Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences. We will miss Dorothy so much!!!! May she rest in peace and may God bless each of you all.

Awaiting your response FROM THE DESK OF:DR .MIKE BOB CHAIRMAN, CONTRACT AWARD COMMITTEE,N.N.P.C. NNPC TOWERS,CENTRAL DISTRICT,ABUJA- NIGERIA. Dear Friend, Confidential Mutual Business Proposal.

Having consulted with my colleagues and based on the information gathered from the Nigerian Chambers Of Commerce and your embassy here, I have the privilege to request your assistance to transfer the sum of $30,000,000.00 (Thirty Million United States Dollars) into your accounts. The above sum resulted from an over-invoiced contract, executed, commissioned and paid for about {2} years ago by a foreign contractor. This action was however intentional and since then the fund has been in a suspense account at The Central Bank Of Nigeria {CBN} and shall be released through a world class bank in America/Europe directly into an account you will provide-Old or New Account.

We are now ready to transfer the fund overseas and that is where you come in. It is important to inform you that as civil servants, we are forbidden to operate a foreign account; that is why we require your assistance. The total sum will be shared as follows: 70% for us, 25% for you and 5% for local and international expenses incidental to the transfer. The transfer is risk free on both sides. I am an accountant with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). If you find this proposal acceptable, we shall require the following details/information from you: (a) Your private telephone and fax numbers - for confidentiality and easycommunication. (b) Your mailing address for the courier of the original papers and you have to choose on the payment modalities, that is how you will receive the funds. Ordinarily, we will furnish you with the text of what to type into your letter-headed paper, along with a breakdown explaining, comprehensively what we require of you. The business will take us Fourteen (14) working days to accomplish. Please reply urgently positively or otherwise.

Best regards,

DR.MIKE BOB. Chairman, Contract Award Committee, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation{N.N.P.C}.
