Evelyn Catherine Hurst, age 86, of New Vienna, died Wednesday, February 17, 2005 at her residence. She was born in Newtonsville, Ohio on December 1, 1918, the daughter of the late Harry Lee and Margaret L. (Boggs) Losey. She was a member of the New Vienna Senior Citizens and attended St. Columbkille Catholic Church. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Sharon and James Jackson of Phoenix, Arizona, a granddaughter Linda Ballard of New Vienna, two grandsons David Hurst of Sabina and Jeffrey (Thuyen) Jackson of Arizona, three great grandchildren Tausha, Heather and Jeffery Ballard, all of New Vienna, two great great grandchildren Kamron Ball and Christopher Hurst, and special friend of 83 years, Alice Hesse of California. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son Marlin Lee Hurst. Private services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
