
Harold Lloyd Williams age 72 of Hillsboro died Sunday morning, January 16, 2005 at the Veteran Administration Medical Center in Chillicothe. He was born July 27, 1932 in Hillsboro, Ohio the son of Joe Henry and Allena (Williams) Williams. Mr. Williams had retired from the Veteran Administration Medical Center in Chillicothe where he had been a Nursing Assistant. Following his retirement from the V. A. Medical Center, Harold started his own business of window washing in the Hillsboro business community. He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Rachel (Clemons) Williams whom he married on February 9, 1957 in Richmond, Indiana, one daughter, Joy Marlene Williams of Dayton, two grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Williams and Herbert Isaiah Jennings of Dayton, one great grandson, Tre-Michael Johnson of Dayton and one brother, William Gerald Williams of Hillsboro. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. The Rev. Tim Booker will officiate. Burial with military honors presented by the Highland County Honor Guard will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Dear Rachel and family; Its been a while since we have seen you and we are sorry that we shall be unable to be with you at this time. Harold and I always had a lot of fun teasing each other when we both were at George Steeles. Even later as I would see him on the street we still would torment each other.
