Raymond
Lee Wiget, age 52, of Hillsboro, died Friday, October 24, 2003 at his
residence. He was born January 20,
1951 in Wilmington, Ohio the son of the late Fred and Wanda Burden Wiget.
He was a member of the Hillsboro Moose Lodge #2402, formerly drove a dump
truck for W.A. Hodson in Leesburg, and formerly owned and operated Ray’s
Family Home in Greenfield. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Hall) Wiget; his
children Rebecca (William Crigger) Wiget of Hillsboro, Christopher Lee
(Stephanie) Wiget of Sabina, Tina Wiget of Sabina, Leslie Wiget of Sabina, Paul
(Geneva Segall) Chaffin of Hillsboro, James Chaffin of Columbus, and Debbie
(Sam) Everhart of Leesburg; brothers Ed (Kathy) Wiget of Hillsboro, Roger (Barb)
Wiget of New Vienna, Mark (Debbie) Wiget of Reesville, Tim (Marsha) Wiget of
Highland, and Dick (Darlene) Wiget of Highland; sisters Sherry (Terry)
Fenstermacher of Highland, Brenda (Tim) Henson of Highland, and Helen (Jim)
Cronin of Paradise, CA; 10 grandchildren; and special friends Jim and Phyllis
Burba and John and Rose Trent of Hillsboro.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Jackie
Wiget. Funeral services will be
2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2003 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home,
Hillsboro. Burial will follow in
the Prospect Cemetery. Visitation
will be Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 2:00 p.m.

You may not know me,but I am a friend of Rebecca's. She has told me of the hardships Mr.Wiget has gone through and my family has kept him and his family in our prayers.And you all still remain in our prayers at this time of sorrow.I just hope that u all remember the love and good times spent with him. i am deeply sorry for your loss. I am a friend of Becky's from Ion Thunder and she and the rest of her family are in my prayers. I am about to go thru the same thing with my father--he is very ill and won't be on earth much longer. Again, you are all in my prayers, God Bless You and Keep You
