Loretta Eileen Vance, age 76, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, January 3rd, 2006 at Highland District Hospital.   She was born May 4, 1929 in Highland County.    She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Florence Everetts Jordan.  She was a member of the Prospect Methodist Church, and had been a Highland County 4-H Advisor for 20 years, a member of the Highland County Jr. Mothers Club and the Highland County Homemakers.  She is survived by her husband Samuel Harold Vance, to whom she married October 31, 1948 in Flemingsburg, Kentucky; daughter Sandra K. (Jeffrey) Seagraves of Columbus, Ohio, son Samuel J. (Sharon) Vance of Arcadia, Florida, daughter Patricia Ann Bauman of Washington C.H., son Mike (Vicki) Vance of Hillsboro, son John (Roseenna) Vance of Hillsboro, daughter Suzanne Michelle (Kyle) Maynard of Hillsboro, son Jeffery Matthew (Julie) Vance of Lititz, Pennsylvania, and daughter Lisa (Tom) Rieder of Hilliard, Ohio; three sisters Mary Jane (Max) Lieurance of Chillicothe, Shirley Lee Cunningham of Columbus and Donna Kay (Emil) Hiles of Westerville, 17 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 6th, at Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro, with Ken Woleab officiating. Burial will follow in the Prospect Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Turner & Son Funeral Home.  Contributions may be made to Community Care Hospice, 955 W.
