Brock Anthony Van Scyoc age 18 of Leesburg died Thursday, February 23, 2006 as a result of an auto accident. He was born September 8, 1987 in Delaware, Ohio the son of Ronald Van Scyoc and Jeanne Daugherty Van Scyoc. Mr. Van Scyoc was a senior at Hillsboro High School and loved Dirt Bike Racing. He is survived by his father, Ronald (Nickie) Van Scyoc of Grove City, mother, Jeanne (Greg) Yant of Delaware, paternal grandmother, Trudie (Brad VanWinkle) Van Scyoc of Leesburg, paternal grandfather, Ronald Van Scyoc of Westerville, maternal grandparents, Virginia and Harold Daugherty of Delaware, maternal step grandparents, Jim and Patsy Yant of Delaware, three sisters, Brittany and Tesla Yant of Delaware, Kristen Van Scyoc of Grove City and three brothers, Brennen and Gregory Yant of Delaware and Matthew Van Scyoc of Grove City. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2006 at the  Ashley Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Samantha Free Will Baptist Church, S. R. 62, Hillsboro and from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the Bennett Brown Rodman Funeral Home, 92 N. Sandusky in Delaware, Ohio.
