Robert Ralph Turner age 44 of Hillsboro died Sunday afternoon, August 11, 2002 at the Highland District Hospital. He was born June 22, 1958 in Clinton County, Ohio the son of Ralph Adolph and Gloria Blanche (Dischner) Turner. Bobby grew up in the Buford Community. He has resided at the VOCA residential home in Hillsboro for the past eighteen years. He attended Hills and Dales Training Center where he participated in the training workshop. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Terry Roush of Pricetown; two half-brothers, Ralph and Rosemary Turner of Tipton, Michigan, and Bill Burleigh of Gabbs, Nevada; four half-sisters, Jackie Sabuda of Taylor, Michigan, Renee Brewer of Kalkaska, Michigan, Elaine Landreau of Claxton, Georgia and Janyth Mossbarger of Washington C.H.; one aunt, Frances Malaney of Crown Point, New York; several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two half-brothers, Ronald Turner and John “Jack” Burleigh. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Buford Cemetery. Troy Roush, J.R. Roush and Darrin Sanderson will officiate. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hills and Dales Training Center, 8919 U.
