Roy Hamilton Turner age 57 of Augusta Georgia died Monday February 11, 2002 at the Medical College of Georgia. He was born June 4, 1944 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee the son of Hamilton B. and the late Hazel (Helton) Turner. Mr. Turner was a graduate of Morehead State University and was a self-employed contractor owning and operating Turn Key Remodeling Company in Augusta. He is survived by his wife, Linda (Anderson) Turner, one daughter, Amy Rangel of Martinez, Georgia, one son Chase Turner of Ft. Benning, Georgia, one granddaughter, Jordan Rangel and one grandson, Evan Rangel, his father and step-mother, H. B. and Billie Turner of Middletown and one sister, Gayle Balint of Crystal River, Florida. Services will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16, at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. John Porter will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
