Norcie Marie Six age 91 of Hillsboro formerly of Chillicothe died Thursday evening March 3, 2005 at the Crestwood Nursing Center. She was born November 1, 1913 in Floyd County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Martin and Martha (Wallen) Collins. Mrs. Six had worked as a beautician for the Charm Beauty Shop in Chillicothe for fifty years and was a member of the Chillicothe First Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, William Six of Florida, one sister-in-law, June (Ora) Thompson of Hillsboro, three grandsons, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Six, two brothers, Glenn and Aiden Collins and four sisters, Lora Snyder, Dora Hibbler, Virgie Shobeloch and Minnie Willis. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the New Market Baptist Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
