Billie M. Simpson, age 72, of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the Highland District Hospital.  She was born December 5, 1933 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late Amps and Verna Little Lawson.  She was a member of the Seaman Church of Christ, had worked as a cashier at the Farmer’s Market in Dayton, and had been an attendant at Mom’s Laundry in Hillsboro.  She is survived by three sons, Robert A. (Karen) Rowley of Hillsboro, Richard (Joyce) Rowley of Xenia, and Timothy (Beth) Rowley of Seaman; six grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and one sister Louise Silvers of Arcanum, Ohio.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Robert R. Rowley; second husband Lawrence Simpson; son Steven Michael Rowley; and two sisters Joyce Bryant and Maxine Hicks.  Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, February 25, 2006 at Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro.  Ernie Barrett of the Seaman Church of Christ will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 p.m.  For more information and to sign our on-line register please visit www.turnerfuneralhome.cc
