Estella F. Sheppard, age 72, of Hillsboro, formerly of Columbus, died Wednesday, July 24, 2002 at her residence.  She was born December 5, 1929, in Wayne County, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Tillman and Dixie Maynard Perry.  She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church in Columbus.  She is survived by one son, Clifford (Linda) Perry, of Hillsboro; two grand-daughters, Lisa (Allen) Card and Tammy Perry, both of Columbus; one brother, Elmer (Lucy) Perry, Sr., of Crum, West Virginia; a special niece Mary Messer and her son Scott Messer of Leesburg; and one nephew, Elmer (Meg) Perry, Jr., of Crum, West Virginia. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Harold Sheppard in 1998, one sister, Thelma Perry Muncy, and one daughter-in-law, Kathy Perry.  Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2002, at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Brother Jeff Griffin of the Northview Baptist Church will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be held Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.  For more information and to access our on-line register please visit www.turnerfuneralhomes.cc
