Dear Sally and Shine, We are sorry to learn of your loss. We are still in Florida and thus will be unable to appropriately share our personal respect and appreciation for Mrs. Saur. I well remember our first meeting when she and Belden were considering a move to Hillsboro. They were good customers of ours at the bank and the nursery was a success only through hours of hard work. Their love for plants, trees, animals and life was always in their conversation. Their memory will continue to live on in our minds. Sally, you should always feel proud of your Mom and Dad. Although words can often do so little, we do want you to know our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Bob & Dorothy

Eleanor was one of my favorite people to work for - I learned so much about botany from her. I learned the names of many plants and today I remember those names still. She really had a passion for botany and a desire for women to succeed and be the best that they could possibly be. I think about Eleanor often and am saddened by your loss.
