Agnes M. Quallen, age 92, resident of St. Margaret Hall in Cincinnati, formerly of St. Martin, died Sunday, January 28, 2007 at St. Margaret Hall. She was born October 28, 1914 in Fayetteville, Ohio the daughter of the late John and Frances Schuller Quallen. She was a member of the St. Martin Catholic Church, had served as secretary at Chatfield College for more than 20 years, and enjoyed quilting and painting. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Alice Quallen of Cincinnati; sister, Mary Willenburg of Laurinburg, North Carolina; sister-in-law, Helen Quallen of Kenwood, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded by four brothers, Tony, Salem, Lewis, and Charles Quallen. Mass of Christian burial will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 2, 2007 at the Sacred Heart Chapel on the Grounds of the Ursulines of Brown County. Father Donald Siciliano will be the Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Patrick Cemetery in Fayetteville. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. in the foyer of the Sacred Heart Chapel. From working at Chatfield years ago, I remember Agnes fondly as a wonderful little lady. Zana Smith
