Brenda and Mark, I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I know right now the clouds have filled in over your head and you feel like the storms are rolling in, but take comfort in knowing that your mother is now walking on the golden streets of heaven and about to be at the feet of our savior and wonderful redeemer of all. She is reuniting with your father, her sister and so many other friends and family that have went before her. Tears will be shed and sadness will be present, but mourn not for your mother long....She is home.

Mrs Pitzer was a great lady to work with back in the 60's in the Higland School cafeteria. She taught us a lot of things in the cafeteria, she also brought us great treats.

Brenda & Family,

I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother. I know she had failed in health over the past few years. What a wonderful lady she was and I too remember her in the cafeteria at school. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with you and the family.

I was so sorry to hear about Grandma Pitzer's passing. However, at this sad time... my heart is happy... for She is finally Home. I will always remember her for her harmonizing voice when she would sing in the choir at church. God blessed Grandma with the gift of Song... and I’m sure He’s still putting that voice to good use for His Glory. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Love, Janet (Dodds)

To the Pitzer family, I was saddened to here of Rowena's passing. She was such a nice lady. I bought her Mother's house in the late 80's when I worked for Western and Southern Insurance. I always enjoyed visiting with her.A couple of years ago I was traveling through Leesburg and noticed her sitting on her porch. I stopped and chatted for a few minutes with her and was surprised that she remembered me. Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Mike Shoemaker
