David Alan Patton, age 42, of Chillicothe, died Monday, January 23, 2012 at the Adena Medical Center in Chillicothe. He was born March 8, 1969 in Wilmington, Ohio the son of David G. and Patricia Murphy Patton. He had attended Greenfield School. He is survived by his father, David G. Patton of Greenfield; mother Patricia (Pearl) Cox of Leesburg; sister Amy (Billy) Fillmore of Leesburg; nieces Brandi and Brooke Fillmore; step-sister Tina (Ralph) May of Delaware, Ohio; step-nephew Ricky and step-niece Mattie May; and aunts, uncles, and cousins. Graveside funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2012 at the Hardin’s Creek Cemetery at Bridges. Burial will follow. There will be no public visitation.
