Glendale Mustard, age 78, of Hillsboro, died Thursday, July 21, 2005 at the Highland District Hospital. He was born August 28, 1926 in Piketon, Ohio the son of the late James Roy and Nora Alice Williams Mustard. He had been a sawyer in the logging business. He is survived by two daughters, Glenda Ann Hopkins of Piketon and Joyce Mustard of West Virginia; one son, James Dale Mustard of Piketon; one sister Goldie Hart of Springfield, Ohio; and three brothers, Golden Mustard, James Richard Mustard and Luther Mustard all of Piketon. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Dorothea Taylor on May 28, 2005; four brothers, Otis, Ottie, Leon and Ernest Mustard; and three sisters, Irene Smith, Cordy Williams and Dorothy Nelson. Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2005 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the Gardiner Cemetery in Pike County.
