Bev, I am so very sorry to read of your Mother's death. I always thought highly of her and Russell. I last talked to her 10-12 years ago when I called to asked about you and the rest of the family. I drove by her house 3 years ago but didn't stop. Every time I think of her, I remember the story of how she broke your Dad's nose and it makes me smile. I'm sorry I won't be able to attend the services on Friday. It would have been great to visit before you head back home, but I am recuperating from transplant surgery. Please express my sympathies to Rick and Peach and their families. Your in my thoughts. Joyce
Sorry to hear of Charlottes death. We played softball together years and years ago in Lynchburg.May God bless the family.
Peachie and rest of the family: I will always be grateful for having met Charlotte when we spent the winters in Florida. I haven't seen her too many times since she and Russ quit going to Florida but certainly enjoyed the times Peachie arranged our getting together not only in Sullivan at Rhoda's but also a year ago in Amish country. I know the Lord has welcomed her with open arms, My sincere sympathy to the whole family. Barb

Peachy, I was so sorry to hear about your Mother. Its been a long time,I am in AZ for the winter. I saw your Mother a few years ago in Lynchburg. I had to introduce myself, and she cried. I guess she thought of David at the time. David and I had a lot of good times together back then. Still remember the old Crosley for donut delivery.Hope to see you one day. Greg Rand

Im was sorry to hear of Charlotte's death. Her entire family was a very important part of the Lynchburg community for many years. She, Russell, and the kids were a vital part of the church family at Lynchburg and we always enjoyed the friendships we had. I read the article in the newspaper that Peachie, Beverly, and Rick wrote and it was certainly a fitting tribute. May God give you comfort and peace at this time of loss. Karen and I express our sincere sympathy. Jim Faust, Pricetown

Peach and all So sorry we are so late in extending our sympathy. Your mom was a dear, dear lady--such a joy. I still use the beautiful Christmas placemates she made. Remembering all of you with love and prayers. Joe and Suzanne
Gary and just recently learned of your mother going home to be with the Lord. We are sorry we missed the visitation and sharing our condolences with the family personally. I had sooooo.... many good times with your Mom. She made the many church activities we were involved in a joy and fun. She was such a wonderful inspiration and example for me. She was truly a picture of the instructions for women in Titus 2:4 Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. Blessings, Dee
