Ronald Carl Mullenix age 63 of Hillsboro Died Tuesday morning, August 23, 2005 at his residence. He was born August 18, 1942 in Middleto9wn, Ohio the son of Carl Russell Mullenix of Middletown and the late Matilda Emelie (Stagemoller) Mullenix. Mr. Mullenix had worked for the Candlelite Company in Leesburg for thirty-three years and was a member of the Knights of Pythias. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Patricia Elizabeth (Carder) Mullenix whom he had married on February 15, 1964 in Lebanon, Ohio, daughters, Rhonda (Tracy) Purdin of Greenfield, Rachel Mullenix of Hillsboro, sons, Raymond (Chrystal) Mullenix of Hillsboro, Ronald (Sandi) Mullenix of Hillsboro, seven grandchildren, Megan Mullenix, Stacy Fairley, John Fairley, Lindsay Mullenix, Courtney Mullenix, Dylan Mullenix, Austin Mullenix, one great granddaughter, Makenzie Griffith, three sisters, Mildred Barker, Carlene Campbell and Ellen Downy all of Middletown. Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Bill Pierce will officiate. Burial will follow in the New Market Baptist Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

My deepest sympthy to Ron's family. I was out of state for several weeks and just now saw on the Turner site that Ronny had passed away.

We were in the same 1960 HHS Class and although I didn't see Ronny much after that time, I have always thought of him as such as nice, sweet person.
