Thelma L. Milner, age 89 of Leesburg, died Friday, August 20, 2004 at Highland District Hospital.  She was born December 12, 1914 in Washington Court House, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles Walter and Nora May Lowe Seyfang. She was a Charter Member and Past President several times of the Colonial Garden Club in Greenfield, member of the former Leesburg Business and Professional Women’s Club, she and Gladys Cherry donated time and effort to annually landscape the Leesburg Friends Church, she won numerous local, regional and state awards for floral arranging, and was recognized in the Leesburg area as a talented artist.  She is survived by a step-daughter Marilyn Milner Geese and her husband Clarence of Leesburg; step grandson Daniel Allen Geese, Sr. of Leesburg; two step great grandsons, Daniel Allen Geese, Jr. of Leesburg and Jason C. Geese of Columbus; brother Donald Seyfang and his wife Mary of Washington C.H.; special niece Nancy Wisecup and her husband Byron of Hillsboro; special nephew Timothy Seyfang and his wife Debbie of Columbus; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Harry A. Milner in December of 1986; three brothers Harry, Tony and Charles Seyfang; one sister Hazel McCoy; sister-in-law Marvene Seyfang; niece Delia Hall and nephew Marvin Seyfang.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 23, 2004 at the Leesburg Friends Church.  Pastor John Fitzgerald will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Hardin’s Creek Cemetery at Bridges.  Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at the church.  Donations may be made to the Leesburg Friends Church Restoration Fund, P.O.
