Steve - So sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad. I can truly say that as a teacher, he was at the top of my list. My family moved to Wilmington in my sophomore year and I knew no one at that school except your Dad. I will always remember how kind and helpful he was to me at that difficult time. I even "enjoyed" geometry that year. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. Sue Stanforth Walker

Jim and I were boyhood friends and I have many fond memories of the times we spent together. We use to break the ice on rocky fork creek in Feb. in order to be the first of our group to swim each year. When we were sophmores in high school we purchased our first car in partnership. It was a 1922 model T ford that we paid the grand sum of $12.00 for. We drove it for almost a year but finally totaled in a collission with a gravel truck. Lots of good memorys. Vince Golden
