Chet Deon Lung,
age 47, of Hillsboro, died Friday evening, April 30, 2010. He was born December
30, 1962, in Cincinnati, a son of the late John Jacob Lung, Jr. and JoAnn
(Sizemore) Lung. He had worked for Randall Textron in Wilmington for several
years. He was a member of the Sons of AmVets, Hillsboro Eagles Aerie #1161 and
the Middletown Loyal Order of the Moose #501. He is survived by his life
companion, Mica Keaton, of Hillsboro, her children Cassie Keaton of Hillsboro
and Logan (Brittani) Keaton of Hillsboro, three granddaughters who were “Pappy’s
Little Ladies”, Madison Brown, Raegan Brown and Cassidy Keaton, three sisters,
Debbie (Herb) Combs of Lynchburg, Valori Hurst of Hillsboro, Candy (Terry)
Lowery of Alabama, one brother, Rick Lung of Florida, five nieces Shawna Hurst,
Wendi Hurst, Faith Hurst, Malissia Combs, Ciera Lung, two nephews, Josh Combs,
Cecil Lung, and a great niece, Shayla Hurst. In addition to his parents, he
was preceded in death by a brother, John Randall Lung. A memorial service and
celebration of his life will be held at 6:00 Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the
Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Tom Churnetski will officiate. The
family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 6:00
p.m.

So sorry to hear about Chet - Candy and I were friends from elementary through high school, and I can remember visiting her home. Chet was always so nice to me. My heart goes out to his family and friends, who I am sure miss him terribly. You are all in my prayers.
