June M. Lowe age 79 of Hillsboro, Ohio died Friday evening, April 11, 2003 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She was born September 23, 1923 in New Boston, Ohio the daughter of the late Lovell and Virginia V. (Gooch) Lewis. Mrs. Lowe was a member of the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene and had retired as the assistant manager of the Hillsboro Sundry Store. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Lowe Jr. whom she had married on April 14, 1941 in Portsmouth, Ohio, two daughters and sons-in-law, Jacqueline and Ned Gross of Waynesville, Connie and Dan Sauer of Cookeville, TN. , two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Rheta Lowe of Hillsboro, Eddie and Angie Lowe of Jamestown, ten grandchildren, Brian Gross, Krista Reed, Michelle Judd, David King, Scott Lowe, Jerri Meeks, Whitney Lowe, Cannon Lowe, Bryan Stivers and Brad Stivers, seventeen great grandchildren, three brothers and sisters-in-law, Lovell and Diana Lewis of Fairborn, Carlton and Shirley Lewis of Portsmouth, Frank and Joyce Lewis of Portsmouth, three sisters and a brother-in-law, Annette Burgess of Columbus, Shannon Barakat of Ft. Worth, TX and Colleen and Terry Varney of Columbus and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Lovell Lewis, her mother, Virginia Ramey, stepmother, Hope Lewis, brothers, Cleveland M. and William N. Lewis and a sister, Wanda Siwek. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.  The Rev. Tom Zile will officiate. Burial will follow in the Buford Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
