Elizabeth Kathleen Lonicker, age 60, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at her home with her family by her side. She was born September 1, 1950, in Middletown, Ohio the daughter of Linley L. and Hazel Fletcher Wetzel. She was a member of the New Life Church and Ministries; enjoyed traveling, camping, crafting, shopping, scrap booking, and spending time in the mountains. The real joy in her life was her family and especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Clyde Steven “Steve” Lonicker; mother Hazel Bond of Lakeland, Florida; two daughters, Jennifer Stacey Nichole “Stacey” and her husband Richard “Rick” Horn of Liberty, Indiana, and Kristie Madonna and her husband John L. Eckman of Lebanon, Ohio; two grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Horn and Brooklyne Skylar Eckman; sister Rebecca Bond of Houston, Texas; several nieces and nephews; and her dog Charli. She is preceded in death by father Linley Wetzel; two sisters, Debbie Mosby and Penny Netherly; and brother Rick Bond. Memorial services will be held 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 29, 2010 at the New Life Church and Ministries, 6101 State Route 247, Hillsboro, Ohio. Pastor Bill Bowman will officiate. Interment will take place privately at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m. at the church. Donations may be made to the family through the New Life Church and Ministries, 6101 State Route 247, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133, to assist with expenses.
