Ann Lewis age 64 of Hillsboro died Monday, July 12, 2004 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington. She was born September 27, 1939 in Garrett, Kentucky the daughter of the late Earl and Bessie (Kerr) Richmond. Mrs. Lewis had worked at the Hercules Trouser Company and the Crestwood Nursing Center. She was a member of the Hillsboro Free Will Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Joe Lewis whom she had married on September 7, 1957 in Hillsboro, one daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Bud Barrett of Hillsboro, sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher and Katy Lewis of Hillsboro, Scott and Heidemarie Lewis of Lebanon, Marcus and Donna Lewis of Hillsboro, ten grandchildren, Brandon Barrett, Brittany Barrett, Codye Curlonis, Jerrod Hoaglin, Chelsea Heifner, Ryan Christopher Lewis, Emma Lewis, Ethan Lewis, Evan Lewis and Erin Lewis, five brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Gleadith Richmond of West Virginia, Dave and Darlene Richmond, Kenny and Mae Richmond, Danny and Linda Richmond and Jim and Lucy Richmond all of Hillsboro and three sisters and brothers-in-law, Dottie and Oris Minzler of Hillsboro, Dorothy and Bob Kratzer of Huber Heights and Lee and Jim Roberts of Laurelville. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Davis and Julian Richmond and one brother Forest Richmond. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Hillsboro Free Will Baptist Church. Rev. Richard Burns will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. The Body will lie-in-state from noon until 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the Hillsboro Free Will Baptist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hillsboro Free Will Baptist Church, 6360 U. S. 50 west, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.

To Chris, Katy and the Lewis family...

Please accept our sincere sympathy on the loss of Ann. She was a good, loving Mother...as well as a hard-working beautiful lady, who will be missed by all who knew her.

Our thoughts and our prayers are with you at this most difficult time...but the memories you all share of Ann will get you through, along with God's tender care.
