Dear Mary Ellen...

My mother, Margaret Ludwick, was a lifelong friend of Juanitas', and a co-member with her in our Hillsboro American Legion Auxiliary Unit #129.

Juanita was such a delight to know...always with a tremendous sense of humor, and always willing to help with projects within our organization.

We send our heartfelt prayers and sympathy to you at this sorrowful time.

Leslie (Ludwick) Ramsey, Margaret Ludwick, & Family.

To the family of Juanita- I was saddened to hear of your loss. I was fortunate to have been a part of Juanitas care during her stay at HCR in Hillsboro. She was such a joy to care for, and always had a smile, and positive attitude. I also remember my mother in law telling me stories when she had her hair done by Juanita, as she said, she was the only hairdresser who could remember both your name and style you liked best!! I am certain she will be missed by many, but know she has earned a place in heaven with our merciful saviour. I pray for the Lord to bring you peace and comfort in this time of sorrow. Your in our prayers,

To Mary Ellen Fout, Thoughts and prayers! We knew Juanita Lemon from the First Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro. We always enjoyed her and talking with her. She let Susan get some starts of flowers at her home before she moved. She,also, let Susan copy her photo of the school for black children in Hillsboro. I gave it to Samaritan Outreach Services, which is on the school site on the corner of East and Collins Avenue. The photo hangs on the wall in SOS. Sincerely, Susan and Bob Parker

Mary Ellen, I have only wonderful memories of growing up next to Juanita on Rt. 50. Her love of baking, gardening, and our dog made our childhood all the more memorable. I have her favorite hoe proudly displayed in my home. She was a vibrant woman who will always be remembered with love. Linda Hern Wiljamaa
