Roy Lee Knight age 66 of Lynchburg died Friday, February 6, 2004 at the Highland District Hospital. He was born July 4, 1937 in Fayetteville, West Virginia the son of the late Emmitt Carl and Ruby Moon Knight. He was a carpenter for Harcourt Management for 39 yrs. He is survived by his wife Janice Adams Knight, sons, Michael Knight of Hillsboro, Lawrence Wayne “Butch” Knight of Lynchburg, daughters, Debbie West of Georgetown, Ruby Deaton of Cincinnati, Barbara Knight of Loveland, brothers, Lawrence Knight of Mason, Melvin Wayne Knight of Alexandria, Virginia, sister, Mary Ann Knight of Alexandria, Virginia, 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Following cremation, services will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no visitation. Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro is serving the family.
