Victoria “Vickie” Jean Kinser, age 38, of Hillsboro died Tuesday, May 21, 2002 at her residence. She was born November 20, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio the daughter of Larry and Joyce Dale (Arthur) Kinser. She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hillsboro. She is survived by her daughter, Amber Kinser; mother, Joyce Dale (Arthur) Kinser of Milford; brother and sister-in-law, John and Shelly Kinser of Crestview, KY; maternal grandmother, Polly Arthur of Milford; niece, Jordin Kinser and nephew, Jonathan Kinser, both of Crestview, KY; several aunts and uncles and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her father; her paternal grandparents, Walter and Mildred Kinser; and her maternal grandfather, T.B. Arthur. Graveside Funeral services will he held at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery on Friday, May 31 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Stanley Luehrmann celebrating.
