William A. Johnson,
age 72, of Hillsboro died Tuesday, September 3, 2002 at the Highland District
Hospital. Born on September 9, 1929
in Hillsboro, he is the son of the late Albert and Violet Fent Johnson.
On November 29, 1979 he married Mary Pelfrey and she survives him along
with 3 sisters, Virginia Heizer of Hillsboro, Carolyn Shipley of Wilmington and
Jean Cramton of Lynchburg, one stepson, Ernest Stamper of Kansas and 1
stepdaughter, Shirley Jean Keaton of West Liberty, Kentucky.
Including his parents he is preceded in death by a bother, James Johnson
and a stepson, Jimmy Dean. Graveside
services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 10th
at the Roads Cemetery in Paint Township with Rev. Harold Braley
officiating. There will be no
visitation. The Turner & Son
