Raymond Jett, Jr., age 79, of Hillsboro, died Sunday, August 6, 2006 at his residence.  He was born September 24, 1927, in Xenia, Ohio the son of the late Raymond and Dorothy Williams Jett, Sr. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving on the U.S.S. Midway, and retired after 35 years of service as a Route Driver for the Pennington Bread Company.  He is survived by his wife, Martha Jean (Powell) Jett, to whom he married August 20, 1949 in Russell, Kentucky; daughter Ray Jeanna Strouse of Pancoastburg, Ohio; two sons, Johnny L. (Jeanne) Jett of Washington C.H., Ohio, and Jay Lee (Adrianne) Jett of New Jersey; 12 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.  Private visitation and funeral service will be held at the convenience of close friends and family.  Burial will take place in the Washington Cemetery, Washington C.H., Ohio.  The family asks that donations be made to Community Care Hospice, P.O.
