To the Family of Banty Hill; We are deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Banty. He was a friend to all who knew him, and will be remembered fondly, but sadly missed. I know in the last few years it seemed as if he was slowing down, but he tried very hard not to show it.We were always amazed at the work he did with his wood crafting, and the pride he took in making things. May the Lord be with you all in this time of sorrow, and know you are in our prayers. Jr.and Valerie Deaton

Dear Hill Family: It was regret that we read of the passing of Banty. As you all know the Pulliams and the Hill family had a lot in common with a group of children and their activities. Banty was always a lot of fun and kept all around him in a smile. I wish I could give each of you a personal greeting but this will have to suffice. Memories of our activities with you and Banty will linger forever. May God give you comfort at this time. Love to you all-- Skip and Kristen.

Dear Dean, Bea and Family...

We were shocked to hear of Bantys' passing...but know he'd been struggling health-wise for some time.

His tremendous zest for living, his wild sense of humor, and his sage comments will be missed by all of us who knew and loved him.

Please accept our heartfelt prayers and sympathy, and we hope the great memories you all have shared will bring you comfort and peace in the days ahead.

We are deeply saddened at the passing of Banty. He was a cherished friend and we enjoyed his company at the flea mkt. Banty was a man filled with joy and was always good for a laugh. Seems Banty was able to laugh at life and that is a lesson we all should learn. Banty was a true craftsman and a true friend who will be sadly missed in life yet cherished in our memories. May God grant your family His peace in the time of your loss. We will keep your family in our prayers.

Respectfully, Mike and Cindy Shaw

To the Hill family. I am deeply saddened by the loss of Banty. I spent a few years across from Banty at his booth at the market and my wife and I made a true friend full of life and energy. I will never forget his ability to make new friends every day. If everyone I met had the personality of Banty Hill, I would truly be living in the perfect world. I will miss him. God Bless you Banty, and God Bless the Hill family.

What a great man ... he always brought joy to everybody he met. Some of my best memories as a kid was when mom and dad said we could have Banty's Pizza for supper. I will miss his smiling face at football and basketball games.

Dear Connie,

I am so sorry for your loss. I know to you, "loss" is missing Dad pick up the phone to say Hi to you, or to greet you and Dick when you went to visit him. We could increase that "loss" list on and on. But I sensed from both you and Dick a very strong sense that life just doesn't end here. And as you miss Dad on his birthday, your birthday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, I believe that even through that sense of "loss", deep in your heart you will feel that he is at Peace. Please know that as you trudge the road of grieving, and until you accept his temporary "loss" as part of life, that I will keep you in my prayers every step of the way.

In His Peace, Mike Gallagher
