Pauline Helterbran age 89 of Hillsboro died Sunday, November 24, 2002 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She was born February 11, 1913 near Willard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Oscar and Rosa Nell (Greene) Reeves. Mrs. Helterbran had worked for many years at the Highland District Hospital and also at RobertShaw Controls in Hillsboro. She is survived by three grandchildren, Tim and Kathy Chambers, Kelly Chambers and Dan & Karen Chambers all of Hillsboro, three brothers, Arvil Reeves, Walter Reeves and Charles Reeves all of London, Ohio, one sister, Eliza Crago of Hillsboro, four great grandchildren and one son-in-law, Lando Jean Chambers of Hillsboro. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman C. Helterbran on March 8, 1984, one daughter, Geneva Irene Chambers on January 23, 1999, three sisters, Edith Wooten, Herma Sever, Arna Leah Sharp and three brothers, James H. Reeves, Dennis Russell Reeves and Joseph G. Reeves. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2002 at the Resthaven Memory Gardens in Hillsboro. John Porter will officiate. There will be no visitation. The Turner & Son Funeral Home is serving the family.
