Samuel Eli Harvey, age 52 of New Port Richey, Florida, died August 28, 2010.  He is survived by two children, Troy and Samantha Harvey both of Florida.  His father Richard R. Harvey of Inverness, Florida; mother Patti A. Shaffer of Hillsboro, Ohio; two step-mothers, Selma Harvey of Inverness, Florida, and Barbara R. Harvey of Largo, Florida; two sisters, Sherryl A. (Donald) Harvey Howell of Lynchburg; and Michele Corso of Lutz, Florida; brother Chris Harvey of Inverness, Florida; step-sister Teresa Laughman of Cedar Bluff, Alabama; step-brother Wade Winters of Florida; half brother Charles Harvey of Largo, Florida; and numerous family and friends in Florida and Ohio.  Samuel will be laid to rest in the Clarksville Cemetery privately at the convenience of the family.  The Turner & Son Funeral Home is serving the family locally.  For more information and to sign our on-line register please visit www.turnerfuneralhomes.cc
