Debby E. Phillips Hamner, age 50, of Chillicothe, died Saturday, August 20, 2005 in Bloomfield, Colorado. She was born December 16, 1954 in Parkersburg, West Virginia the daughter of the late Roy and Winano Wilson Phillips. She is survived by two daughters, Brandy (Jeremy) Kibbey, of Leesburg, and Cindy (fiancé Paul Bircher) Hamner of Chillicothe; her best friend and father of her children, Daniel Hamner; six grandchildren, Chris and Brandon Allison, Andrew Bircher, Mykal Hamner, and Cerena and Ariel Kibbey; brother, James Phillips of Cleveland, Ohio; half sister Patsy Trissler of Saginaw, Michigan, and half brother John Phillips of Parkersburg, West Virginia. In addition to her parents she is preceded by her son Daniel Hamner, Jr. Graveside funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday, August 25, 2005 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Leesburg. Pastor John Fitzgerald of the Leesburg Friends Church will officiate. Visitation will be private at the convenience of the family.
