
Anne Hahn, age 84, of Hillsboro, died Friday morning, November 25, 2005 at Heartland of Hillsboro. She was born on August 24, 1921 in Hillsboro, the daughter of the late Ray and Molly (Collins) McGlinchey. She had worked for the Hillsboro Lumber Company and was a cashier for the G.C. Murphy Company for many years. She is survived by three sons, Joseph Hahn of Mason, Stephen Hahn of Tacoma, WA, and James Hahn of Scottsdale, AZ, and a daughter, Patricia Janse Van Rensburg of Hillsboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Hahn, who passed away while they lived in Mexico. Following his death, she returned to Hillsboro to continue raising her family and care for her ailing mother. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hillsboro. Rev. Father Mike Paranuik will be the celebrant. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 28, 2005 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1131, Fairfax, VA 22038. The Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro is serving the family and providing cremation services.
