Kathryn Mattovich Graves age 92 of Hillsboro died Sunday morning April 25, 2010 at the Heartland of Hillsboro. She was born May 9, 1917 in Ronald Washington the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Bacon Mattovich. Mrs. Graves was a graduate of Superior High School in Superior, Montana. In 1937 she was united in marriage to George W. Graves who precede her in death on April 15, 2003. She and her husband had lived in Frankfort, Indiana for forty years before moving to LaPlata, Maryland where they resided for 23 years then moving to Hillsboro. She an active member of the Woodside Christian Church in Frankfort, Indiana and the Waldorf Church of Christ in Waldorf, Maryland. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, John and Jane (Erskine) Graves of Hillsboro, George William Graves Jr. of LaPlata, Maryland, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, David L. Graves, one sister-in-law, Carolyn Graves, three brothers and one sister. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 1st at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Rev. Chuck Shonkwiler will officiate. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Care Hospice, P. O.
