Ted and I wish to express our sincere condolence to the family. We knew Vincent to be a very genuine Christian man. May God bless you in your time of sorrow. Hold fast the memories of his love for his family. I always enjoyed the visits I had with him when he would bring Delma to the library for the board meetings. I found his conversations interesting and informative. He loved to talk about his grandchildren and how proud he was of them. We would always talk about how many new lambs were being born in the Spring. Ted and I were privileged to have know him. Sincerely Ted & Laura Waln
