Beverly Jean Drye, age 66, of Hillsboro, passed away at 10:43 PM, Tuesday, October 25th, 2005 at Highland District Hospital. Mrs. Drye was born in Springfield, Illinios on November 7, 1938, the daughter of the late Geraldine L. (Johnson) and Ernest G. Kelley who survives her of Midwest City, OK. She was a logtime member of Northside Church of Christ in Hillsboro. She is survived by one daughter Darla (Stephen Lorenz) Fuchs of Hillsboro; two sons Charles G. Drye of Watchuls, FL., and Michael E. Drye of St. Petersburg, FL.; granddaughter Anna Fuchs of Hillsboro; two sisters, Barbara (Dennis) Strongman of Springfield, IL., Bonnie Coons of Springfield, IL.; several nieces, nephews and cousins; her family at the Northside Church of Christ; and her loving pet and companion Cuddles. In addition to her mother she is preceded in death by one son Daryl D. Drye, Jr. and on sister Michele Wascher. Services will be private at the convenience of the family at Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Bill Pierce will officiate.
