William J. “Bill” Daulton, age 88, of Leesburg, died Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at Edgewood Manor of Greenfield.  He was born January 1, 1914 in Otway, Ohio the son of the late Milford and Etta (Wagoner) Daulton.  He was a member of the Leesburg Church of Christ, a lifetime member of the Hillsboro V.F.W. Post #9094, a lifetime member of Hillsboro Fraternal Order of Eagles #1161, an Army Air Corp Veteran of W.W. II, formerly employed at the Candle-Lite Company in Leesburg, and retired from Mac Tools as a Security Officer.  He is survived by six sons and daughters-in-law, William and his wife Beverly Daulton, of Amarillo, TX, Harold and his wife Joyce Daulton, of Amarillo, TX, George and his wife Rebecca Daulton, of Centerville, Danny and his wife Rita Daulton, of Highland, John and his wife Janet Daulton, of Highland and Rick and his wife Gail Daulton, of Lynchburg; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and her husband James Myers, of Highland; two brothers, Gilbert Daulton, of South Charleston, OH, and Jim Daulton, of Latham; two sisters and one brother-in-law,  Nellie Barney, of Blanchester and Thelma and her husband Wayne Miller of Portsmouth; 23 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Mae  (Barney) Daulton in 1998, and one son Ray Daulton, in 1999.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2002 at the Leesburg Church of Christ.    John Gillum will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Hardin’s Creek Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the Leesburg Church of Christ.  Memorial donations may be made to the Leesburg Church of Christ, Handicap Access Fund, P.O.
