Floyd E. Daniels, age 66, of Leesburg, was born September 5, 1936 to Easter Daniels at the home of Rosa and Floyd Hall in Cynthiana, Ohio.  He met his wife, Patricia Ball, and married her on February 22, 1964 and raised seven children with her.  He found Christ October 7, 1967 while attending Jordan Road Church of Christ in Christian Union in Columbus, under the pastorate of his good friend Jim McPherson.  He was a truck driver for Capp Homes until they closed the Columbus terminal in 1974.  He then drove for Buckeye Molding in New Vienna.  In August of 1977 he moved his family to Leesburg where he showed his many talents and skills in remodeling an old farm house into a snug home for them.  When Buckeye Molding changed hands in 1987 the trucking department was closed.  He was then employed by Yellow Freight System where he drove until he retired in September of 1997.  He made many friends over the years with his quick wit and snappy retorts.  He spent his retirement years watching basketball, baseball, hunting and fishing on television.  He started every morning at 4:30 a.m. talking to friends on the C.B. Radio  where he was fondly called “Levi”.  His life centered around his wife, children and grandchildren.  He was very proud of his family and loved them dearly.  He leaves behind his wife Patricia; three daughters, Janie (Tony) Burns of Leesburg, Paulette (Thomas) Tiller of Thornville, Ohio, and Linda Hughes of Columbus; four sons Floyd (Olga) Daniels, Jr. of Greenfield, Steven (Tina) Daniels of Valdosta, Georgia, Mike (Tracy) Daniels of DeGraff, Ohio, and Tom (Peggy) Daniels of Washington C.H.; 21 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; two brothers Donald Leichner of Fredericktown, Ohio, and Larry Leichner of Delaware, Ohio and one sister Betty Lou Sommerlott of Dover, Florida; three aunts and a host of cousins.  Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2003 at the Leesburg Friends Church with Pastor John Fitzgerald officiating.  Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens in Hillsboro.  Visitation will be Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the church.  Memorial donations may be made to the Floyd Daniels Scholarship Fund at 5/3 Bank in Leesburg.  Turner Funeral Home, Leesburg is serving the family
