Brenda Sue Damron, age 54 of Rainsboro, died Monday, October 10, 2011 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born November 29, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio the daughter of Owen Ivan and Annabelle Deyo Fout. She was a member of the Lakeside Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by four children, George Pack of Newark, Melissa (Nathen) Powell of Newark. BillieJo Perkins of Hillsboro, and Tracie Luckett of Rainsboro; mother Annabelle Brunner of Hillsboro; sister Sharon (Daron) Davis of Newark; two brothers, Donald Fout of Texas and Terry (Cindy) Fout of Wilmington; grandchildren, James Perkins, Dustin Perkins, Shawnee Luckett, Breanna Luckett, Krystal Whitt, Summer Holand, Daniel Perkins, Cody Powell, Dylan Pack, and Devin Pack; nephews Dr. Rod (Susie) Davis, Scott Davis and Brian Davis; and special friends Summer, Travis, Barb, Mikey, Shannon, Heather, James and Robert. She is preceded in death by her father, Owen Ivan Fout; husband Gary Rhoads; step-father John Brunner; grandmother Stella Groves; uncles Jack and Jerry Deyo, and Raymond Fout; and sister-in-law Greta Fout. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
