Jeff R. Crouse, age 65, of Blountville, Tennessee, died Friday, November 11, 2011 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee. He was born July 7, 1946 in Highland County, the son of Raymond and Carmen Fenner Crouse. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Spaeth Crouse; mother Carmen Crouse of Pataskala, Ohio; children, Suzanne (Larry) Brown of Washington C.H. Ohio, Sandy Jo Pitzer of Powell, Tennessee, Brandy Pitzer of Kingsport, Tennessee, and Zachrey Crouse of Blountville, Tennessee; five grandchildren; two sisters; five brothers; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father; one sister; and one brother. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home, Lynchburg. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery near Peebles. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral homes.
