Donald Lee Creed, age 63, of Lynchburg, died Sunday, December 10, 2006 at Clinton Memorial Hospital.  He was born December 25, 1942, in Highland County, the son of the late Kermit Williams and Elizabeth Creed.   He was a U.S. Army veteran.   He was the manager of the Hillsboro Great Scot Supermarket, and had been employed there for over forty-two years.  He is survived by a son, Jeffrey S. “Scott” (Wilda Rhoads) Creed of Lynchburg, a granddaughter, Chyanne Sky Shepherd of Lynchburg, and a sister Beverly (Bill) Draughn of Alexandria, Kentucky.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Marlene (Jodry) Creed, who passed away July 18, 2005, and a brother, Thomas Williams.  Funeral services for Mr. Creed will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 14, 2006 at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home in Lynchburg.  Leo Kuhn will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Troutwine Cemetery.  Friends may call on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home.  Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5378A Cox-Smith Rd., Mason, Ohio 45040 or Hospice of Northern Kentucky, 1409 Alexander Pike, Ft. Dear Creed Family; It was with regret that I read of the passing of Don. He was always a special person to me. He always would have something nice to say and I am sure it was not just because he knew me from his school days but that was his nature.
