Pat Couch, age 53, of Hillsboro, died Monday, May 10, 2004 at the Laurels of Hillsboro.  She was born July 27, 1950, in Bethel, Ohio the daughter of Henry Milburn and Lula Henry Couch.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hillsboro and was a Registered Nurse formerly associated with the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati and several facilities in Highland County. She is survived by her daughter Samantha Couch; mother Lula Couch of Hillsboro; three sisters Sandra (Steve) Copeland of Hillsboro, Pauline (Robert) Beer of Jeffersonville, KY, and Anna Faye (Richard) Weidner of Sarasota, FL; two brothers, Bill (Debbie) Couch of Hillsboro and Mike (Vicki) Couch of Hillsboro; special friends Diana Cole, Rene Curtis, Barb and Richard Raney, Bette and Mike Wise, Maggie and Sid Rankin, and Donna Richmond.  She is preceded in death by her father Henry M. Couch and one brother Larry Couch.  Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 14, 2004 at the First Baptist Church.  Todd Toole will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Turner & Son Funeral Home, Hillsboro.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Samantha Couch Trust Fund, c/o Sandra Copeland, 224 W.
