Michael Collins age 54 of Hillsboro died unexpectedly Thursday evening, July 1, 2010 at the Highland District Hospital. He was born January 19, 1956 in Hillsboro, Ohio the son of Roy P. and Barbara J. Taylor Collins of Hillsboro. Mike was a twenty year employee of Airborne Express and DHL Company. He was a 1974 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Judy (Fred) Pabsch of Alpharetta, Georgia, Pam (Mark) Coffman of Snellville, Georgia, one brother, Brian (Janet) Collins of Lynchburg, three nephews, Chad (Carly) Coffman, Drew (Lauren) Coffman, Ryan (Brandy) Collins and three nieces, Ashley Collins, Stephanie Meir and Jennifer (Joe) Morecraft. Services will be held on Thursday, July 8th at the convenience of the family at the Turner & Son Funeral Home. John Porter will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery. There is no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hillsboro Church of Christ, 155 West Walnut Street, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
