Susan Kaye Clark,
age 56,
of Hillsboro, died Wednesday morning, December 20, 2006 at Heartland of
Hillsboro. She was born September 8, 1950 in Hillsboro, the daughter of Harry
and Martha M. (Hedrick) Brown. She was a teacher and was extremely devoted to
education. She was also an animal lover, and was very concerned with the proper
treatment of all animals. She is survived by her companion, Ernie McComas of
Hillsboro, her mother Martha M. Smith of Hillsboro, her father Harry Brown of
Dayton, a son, Joshua and his wife Shanda of Dublin, a sister Carol Pelletier of Blue Hill, Maine, two nephews
David (Jennie) Pelletier of Eastampton, New Jersey, Bill (Charlene) Pelletier of
Blue Hill, Maine, and a niece, Michelle (Ryan) Haskell, also of Blue Hill,
Maine. She was preceded in death by her
step-father, Raymond Smith. Funeral services for Susan will be 11:00 a.m.
Saturday, December 23, 2006 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Todd
Toole will officiate. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2006 at the
