Chad Lee Clark, age 18, of Lynchburg, (Dodsonville Community), died Monday, September 22, 2003 in Lynchburg as the result of a house fire. He was born December 27, 1984 in Wilmington, Ohio the son of Micheal and Teresa (Tolle) Clark. He was a volunteer Cadet at the Fayetteville Fire Department. Along with his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Micheal Clark, James (Frandora) Clark and Leroy (Carrie) Clark all of the Lynchburg (Dodsonville) area; maternal grandmother Barbara Tolle of Mowrystown; paternal grandparents Buck and Dorothy Rhoades of Hillsboro; two nieces Elizabeth and Cheyenne Clark; nephew James Robert Clark; three special friends Tony Wallace of Hillsboro, Bob Campbell of Fayetteville and David Fry of Lynchburg; and several aunts and uncles. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Ulric Duane Tolle and his paternal grandfather Leroy Junior Clark. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2003 at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home, Lynchburg. Bob Stevens will officiate. Burial will follow in the Marshall Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, from 5-8 p.m. at the Davis-Turner Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Fayetteville Life Squad and Fire Department, P.O.
