Donald
C. Burris age 62 of Winchester died Friday evening, March 17, 2006 at the
Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery. He was born August 28, 1943 in Macon,
Ohio the son of the late Perry Everett and Mary Gertrude (Snider) Burris. Mr.
Burris had bee an employee of the Bright Local School District for over twenty
years. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by two sons and
daughters-in-law, Jeremy and Theresa Burris of Sunman, Indiana and Brian and
Kimberly Burris of Hillsboro, seven grandchildren, Jeffery David Burris, James
Burris, Brian Fleming, Jake Fleming, Corrinna Sayre, Zachary Stevens and Caleb
Stevens and two brothers and a sister-in-law, Everett and Mary Burris of
Winchester and John Burris of Troy, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was
preceded in death by two brothers, James and Walter Burris and one infant
sister, Laura Burris. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 23rd
at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the
Cherry Fork Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00
p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. For more information or
