Ronald E. Burnett, age 66, of Highland, died Thursday morning, August 24, 2006 at his residence.  He was born January 31, 1940, in Washington Court House, Ohio the son of the late Kenneth W. and Stella (Krebs) Burnett.  He was an owner/operator for Bumpus Trucking.  On September 4, 1960 in Lebanon, Indiana, he married his wife Sandra (Winters) Burnett, who survives.  He is also survived by a daughter, Shawnda and her husband John Duncan of Samantha, two sons, Richard and his wife Mary Lynn Burnett of Greenfield and Emery and his wife Rita Burnett of Highland, two brothers, Jerry (Ellen) Burnett of Washington Court House and Robert (Rosemary) Burnett of Newark, a sister, Eileen (Bart) Parker of Newark, four grandchildren, Leah Burnett, Abby Burnett, Megan Burnett, Justin Burnett and five nieces and nephews.  Funeral services for Ronald will be 7 p.m. Monday, August 28, 2006 at the Turner Funeral Home in Leesburg.  Pastor Randy Lewis will officiate.  Cremation will follow.  Interment of cremains will take place in the Highland Cemetery.   Friends may call from 5 p.m. until the time of the service on Monday, August 28, 2006 at the Turner Funeral Home in Leesburg.  Memorial contributions may be made to Community Care Hospice, P.O.
