Richard A. Bumgarner age 60 of Hillsboro died Thursday, July 1, 2004 at his residence. He was born July 10, 1943 in Hillsboro, Ohio the son of the late Willard and Opal Catherine (Bailey) Bumgarner. Mr. Bumgarner was a member of the Southwestern Garden Tractor Club and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Jett) Bumgarner whom he had married on September 16, 1980 in Hillsboro, daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Michael Page of Hillsboro, Tracy and Mike Brown of North Carolina, Tammy and Roger Swartz of Florida, sons and daughter-in-law, Richard Bumgarner of Iowa, Daryl and Tammy Bumgarner of Samantha, Timmy Bumgarner of Hillsboro, sisters and brother-in-law, Doris Collinsworth of Dayton, Mary Huffman of Hillsboro, Becky and Paul Miller of Leesburg, Margaret Waddell of Leesburg and a half brother Charles Bumgarner of Dayton. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday July 3, 2004 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Pastor Bob Carroll will officiate. Cremation will follow. Interment of cremains will follow at a later date at the Samantha Methodist Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday July 3, 2004 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Turner & Son Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
