Patricia L. Brewer, age 47, of Washington Court House, died Monday, April 4, 2005 at the Fayette Memorial Hospital.  She was born on January 16, 1958 in Hillsboro, the daughter of the late Denver Francis and Betty Irene (Edingfield) Osborn.  She was an Arranger for the Sugar Creek Packing Company in Washington Court House.  She is survived by her fiancé, Carl Ruggels II of Washington Court House, four sons and daughters-in-law, Ricky and Michelle Brewer II of South Lebanon, Chet and Donna Brewer of Marion, Robert and Dawn Brewer of Wilmington, Toby and Erin Brewer of Wilmington, a step-son Carl (Jessie) Ruggels III of Washington Court House, one sister, Julia (Mike) Minderman of New Vienna, seven brothers, Jasper (Vicki) Oppy of Circleville, James (Marilyn) Oppy of Springfield, Denver (Donna) Oppy of Hillsboro, Terry Oppy of Wilmington, Russell Osborn of New Vienna, Bo Osborn of Dayton, John (Donna) Osborn of Hillsboro, ex-brother-in-law William Rhoads of Hillsboro, eight  grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Gene Osborn.  Funeral services are 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2005 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro.  Friends may call from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.  For more information or to send condolences to the family please visit www.turnerfuneralhomes.cc.
